Founded in 1946, ACTEON is a tri-national company that offers its products under two separate brands, ACTEON and COMEG. ACTEON first bought DEGOTZEN, one of the leading manufacturers of radiology systems and X-ray tubes. At present, the company operates in advanced medical fields including surgery, medical imaging, hospital equipment, pharmaceuticals, and instrumentation. The company has also recently acquired major manufacturers such as OWANDY and VILLA.
Today, the company is known around the world for the advanced technologies it uses in the production of its dental and medical systems. What sets ACTEON apart from other brands is that it is always looking for new minimally invasive technologies in the field of surgery, X-ray technology, imaging, and creating the user-friendly intuitive digital interface. The company employs a highly professional technical and sales team in 29 different offices around the world and has a comprehensive distribution network covering more than 94 countries.
One of the main values of ACTEON is to provide non-invasive, safe, and advanced diagnostic equipment to reduce mental and physical complications for patients as much as possible.
These values also are important for Raouf Medical Equipment Group. For this reason, we started our activity with ACTEON in the field of maxillofacial systems, laparoscopy, and CBCT in 2015. The parts of the systems are produced in France and assembled in Italy. Laparoscopic surgical instruments are also produced in Germany. At present, OPG ACTEON, laparoscopic and CBCT systems have been installed throughout Iran by Raouf Medical Equipment Group.
